When you buy lamb and pork meat from us, you are supporting our small family farm. We raise our sheep, lambs and pigs on our small homestead in a quiet valley on the southern tip of Monterey County.
Our lambs are dam raised on pasture and are hormone & antibiotic free. We supplement with hay when drought conditions affect the quality of the natural forage. They are 100% grass fed and finished; no grain, no corn, no soy.
This breed of sheep (Dorper/St. Croix Cross) is known for its lean and mild tasting meat.
Our pork is 100% mangalitsa, prized for its marbled meat and creamy fat. Our animals are raised on oak rich pasture and are fed a non-gmo (no corn, no soy) feed, and fresh bounty from our orchards and gardens. They are hormone and antibiotic free and are finished with barley, fallen acorns, and other fruits depending on the time of year.
